We are looking for expert Application Security Consultants to ensure that systems delivered by Professional Services are designed and implemented to the highest security standards. If you enjoy analyzing the security of applications and services, discovering and addressing security issues and quickly reacting to new threat scenarios, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identity opportunities to improve the security of artifact development and delivery.
- Perform security reviews throughout the lifecycle of customer engagements.
- Engage customers on the implementation and improvement of secure software development lifecycle.
- Develop high-quality technical content such as tools, reference architectures and white papers to help our consultants, partners and customers build on the work you deliver.
- Become a deep technical resource that customers and peers trust and seek.
- Help hire and onboard new contributors to scale the team.
- Ability to travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in application security, security engineering or risk management.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on technical experience in automating security audit, assessment and/or testing.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in developing security capabilities in code for securing cloud computing environments.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in developing threat models using automated tools.
- Preferred: Experience in leading application architecture reviews and threat assessments.
- Preferred: Experience in code reviews and/or penetration testing.
- Preferred: Experience in static and dynamic code analysis tools and methodologies.
- Preferred: Strong scripting skills, i.e., PowerShell, Python, Node.js, Javascript, Bash, Ruby, Perl, etc.
