JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Consulting Director Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a crucial part of the InfoSec organization and will be the subject matter expert for core aspects of the IAM program within a global company. This is a key role with high visibility and will be responsible for advising leadership on ways to evolve their IAM environment. This position protects the brand, company, and employees by re-defining and promoting an IAM strategy that adapts to address continually evolving threats. This senior-level individual contributor will develop partnerships across the organization including one or more areas of Access Governance, User Lifecycle Management, Identity and Directory Services, and Secrets Management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on assigned IAM-related services, including one or more of: IdM, native Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, SSO, MFA, and IAM Operations
Develops and delivers assigned identity and access management projects and roadmap goals
Directs business IT application teams on access management technology issues and opportunities.
Understands and advises on native Active Directory services, password vaulting, PAM policies, etc.
Maps IAM architecture options to enterprise business needs
Utilizes leadership skills to communicate and present strategic company goals into an actionable product execution roadmap
Drives initiatives to transform IAM provisioning and lifecycle management, leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to enable a frictionless user experience
Executes on assigned areas of cloud IAM strategy and capability roadmap
Evolves the strategy and operating model for privileged access management (PAM) governance and technology solutions
Acts as change agent, leading significant transformational initiatives within the organization
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Expertise in IAM principles, processes, and technology solutions
Demonstrated success in establishing strategic objectives and driving tactical execution of initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives
Subject matter expertise across all facets of IAM, including MFA, Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and identity platforms
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within scope of responsibility
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Reporting Relationship
Typically AVP or above

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
Typically a minimum of ten years of experience, with a minimum of five years in Information Security
