About the role:

The SEO Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company’s overall SEO strategy. The SEO manager will cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, content generation, link building, and keyword strategy. This position will report to the Director of Demand Generation

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy including: creating content, conducting keyword research, link juice, conduct outreach for link placements
  • Be an expert in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking, developing SEO dashboards, reporting, and more.
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Identify key metrics, monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
  • Collaborate across teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering of any task you deem necessary to further drive SEO for the company.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role
  • Proven success in SEO. Experience with SEM and paid acquisition channels is a HUGE plus, but not required.
  • 4+ years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
  • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google tools, data analytics, advanced excel
  • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, must be a self starter, go-getter personality, and able to work autonomously will little supervision
  • Team player, Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills
