Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role:

The Opportunity:

Mersive is looking for a Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst/Administrator to plan, develop, maintain, and manage efficient business solutions and operating systems in support of core organizational functions. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements for teams using the Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. Currently, integrations are setup using the Celigo platform.

A successful candidate must have experience defining and optimizing business processes, system requirements, and managing implementations in the following areas: Sales Order Operations, Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service. The position liaises with both the business and technical teams to determine the scope, timeline and budgetary impacts of new features and enhancements, as well as provide production support, to help maximize the benefit of system investments.

Essential Job Function:

  • Ability to perform Salesforce.com (and other appropriate) configurations and data analysis with deep knowledge of: Sales and Service Clouds, Console, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Views, Chatter, Flows, Process Builder, Metadata, Services, APIs, Mobile, Forecasting, Reporting/Dashboards/Analytics, Integrations and more.
  • Use technical expertise to design, develop (program), test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions
  • Participate in next generation process and system design, architecture, testing, implementation, and support operations
  • Document requirement, design, and other necessary documentation
  • Includes but not limited to Process Maps, Data Mappings and Models, Data Flows, System Architecture, and User Stories
  • Learn, analyze, and document complex system configurations, data movement, and business impact
  • Become the subject matter expert on system interactions, data flow, and impact
  • Manage change control process for any custom development and new workflows
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Cooperate and collaborate with outside vendors to ensure that Mersive operations has the best possible outcome
  • Champion automation tools improvement, process automation and innovation
  • Advocate to continually improve quality
  • Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • •5+ years of enterprise experience including in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platforms configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices
  • Able to juggle multiple assignments, acting as leader or contributor, working with multiple groups in different parts of the organization.
  • Provide Leadership to Tier 1 Admin Support, as needed
  • Understand sales processes and experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business requirements
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Workbench)
  • Must hold active Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Consultant certifications preferred)
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning (LEX) components and UI

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies specifically of Celigo SmartConnector and Integrator.IO products
  • Can navigate around NetSuite and understand its high-level architecture
  • Experience and understanding of API connections (specifically web API and the salesforce.com open API) and familiarity with AppExchange
  • Experience with APEX and Visualforce custom code, including design and modification of code base
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment
  • Platform App Builder, Salesforce Community and/or Service Cloud Certification(s)
