This is a FULL TIME role and can be based in San Francisco or remotelyanywhere within theUS time zones on an ongoing basis.
What You'll Do:
Be a strategic partner with both our leadership and sales teams to optimize the potential of our sales pipeline
Create scalable and standardized internal processes to support the success of our sales team by effectively and efficiently managing the deep pipeline
Develop and manage an accurate forecasting process and consistently analyze performance against our goals; liaise with our global supply and finance teams to ensure forecasts are accurately reflected
Qualify our leads and determine which members of our sales team to utilize and when, to meet with a prospective retailer
Partner with our leadership team to determine how to define sales territories and distributions of accounts
Own sales analytics and use data to fuel strategic decisions and recommendations
Coordinate and manage all sales meetings, including creating the accompanying necessary materials
Gain an understanding of our prospects’ business needs and goals to customize our value proposition
Partner with our marketing team to create and coordinate marketing communication to our prospective customers
Help train our sales team on our value proposition and running successful sales meetings
Lead the roll-out of a CRM
Experience in a relevant field (business development, sales, or sales operations) working with enterprise-level accounts that have a longer sales cycle
Demonstrated project management experience and a track record for leveraging data for business impact
Experience and comfort working with complicated custom-designed products
Experience building out scalable sales processes
Highly proficient with spreadsheets
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to both effectively work cross-functionally and work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
Interest in working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting responsibilities as the product matures and company grows
Willing to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed
