Candidate Profile

  • Work experience in product/data analytics/data engineering or related discipline
  • Data science experience (SQL, Python or R) and familiarity with managing large data sets
  • Experience with data engineering (Delivery Team)
  • Experience building insightful dashboards with visualization tools like Tableau
  • A general knowledge of machine learning approaches is a plus.
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate with Product Managers and help them craft hypotheses, and define and measure KPIs
  • Confidence working with ambiguity, unknown variables, and missing context (and the ability to find ways to bridge those gaps when necessary)
  • A self-starter approach, with strong motivation and drive for excellence
  • BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Professional Work Experience: Minimum 3 years for Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year for Master’s Degree or similar experience

3. Data Challenge – offline project you schedule with you

4. Final Panel Interview – 1 hour


The base salary range for this position is $100000 – 150000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
